Wrong canonical order, missing DLC, incorrect entry type, bad cover art — if something in the archive is off, let us know and we'll fix it.
Tip: Include the series name, the game in question, and what's wrong vs. what it should be.

Don't see your favourite franchise in the archive? Send us the series name and we'll add it. IGDB import means most series can be added within a day.
Tip: Include the exact franchise name as it appears on IGDB or Wikipedia — it helps us find the right collection.

Common questions
How do you decide the canonical play order?
We source canonical orders from developer statements, official timelines, and community consensus. Where there's genuine debate we note it. You can always switch to release order using the toggle on any series page.
Can I request a series that isn't on IGDB?
Most major franchises are on IGDB, but if something is missing you can still request it via email and we'll add it manually.
The playtime data looks wrong for a game I've played.
Playtime data comes from HowLongToBeat and represents community averages. Estimates vary by platform, difficulty, and playstyle. If it looks significantly wrong, let us know and we'll flag it for review.
Are the buy links affiliated?
Yes — we earn a small commission if you purchase through our links at no extra cost to you. These commissions help keep the site free. They never influence our recommendations.
A DLC is listed under the wrong game.
This is a common import issue from IGDB where parent links are missing. Report it with the series name and which DLC is misplaced and we'll fix the parent link manually.
How often is the data updated?
Series data is updated when new games release, when we're notified of errors, or when community members report corrections. Fixes happen as they're needed, not on a fixed schedule.
A series is showing 'Upcoming' games that have already released.
This means the game's release date wasn't set in IGDB at the time of import. Let us know the series and which games are affected and we'll refresh the data.
Is Canontrails open source?
Not currently, but we're open to the idea in the future. If you're a developer interested in contributing, get in touch.

We link to official storefronts only — no key resellers or grey market sites. If a game is missing a buy link for a platform you use, let us know.
